Oketto runs an MCP server, so any agent that speaks MCP can work with your reviews. This guide uses Claude Code; Codex, Cursor and Claude Desktop work the same way, and Settings shows the exact lines for each.

Open Settings in your workspace and go to Agents. Give the key a name that says where it will live, such as "Claude Code on the studio PC". Leave "Can reply and upload" on if the agent should answer notes and send rounds; switch it off for a read-only key.

Copy the key straight away. Oketto shows it once and keeps only a fingerprint, so a lost key is revoked and replaced, never recovered.

In a terminal, add the server: claude mcp add --transport http oketto https://oketto.com/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer" followed by your key. Ask Claude to list your reviews to check it worked.

From there, ask in plain words. "Read the open notes on the kitchen, round 2" returns every note with who wrote it, where the pin sits, any drawing and any video timecode. "Reply to Mara that the walnut is in" posts a reply under her note.

When the agent uploads new files, they arrive as the next round and wait for you. The round page says "Held for your check", and your client sees nothing until you press Release to client.

A key reaches only your own reviews. Revoke it in Settings at any time and every agent using it stops at once.
