When a new round replaces files from an earlier one, Oketto checks it against every open note on those files. It runs whether the round came from your agent or from your own upload, on images and on video.
The check is built into Oketto and runs on our side. You do not connect ChatGPT, Claude or any other subscription for it, and you do not need an agent. Connecting an agent over MCP is a separate, optional feature for when you want an agent to make the changes too.
For an image note, it crops the pinned area, and any drawing the client made, from both versions, and adds a small view of the whole frame for context. For a video note, it compares frames at and around the note's timecode.
Each note gets one of three answers. Done means the change is visible where the client asked. Not done means the spot looks the same. Worth a look means something changed, but it is not clear that it matches the note.
When the model is not confident, it says Worth a look rather than guessing. A wrong "done" costs you a round; a "look" costs you ten seconds.
Every answer comes with one sentence of reasoning and the crops it looked at, in the Check tab beside the comments. You can see why it decided, and overrule it.
The check is free. It has fair-use limits that stop automated abuse; a studio sending its normal rounds will not reach them. You can switch it off for images or video in Settings.
