About these terms
Oketto is a review studio for renders and video. You share your work through a review link, and your clients comment on it without creating an account.
Oketto is operated by Supering Technology LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, Wyoming 82609, US. In these terms, "Oketto", "we" and "us" mean that company. These terms cover your use of Oketto at oketto.com. By creating an account or starting the plan, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
What Oketto is
You upload your work and send your client a review link. Your client opens the link, types a name and comments on the work. You choose who gets each link, whether it needs a password, and whether clients may download files.
Oketto is for reviewing work with the people you choose. It is not a public file-hosting or file-sharing service.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account or with a one-time code sent to your email. Signing in for the first time creates your account. Oketto shares its sign-in with Scopeful, so it is the same account on both.
Each plan is for one account. You are responsible for what is uploaded and shared from your account, and for keeping your agent keys private.
The plan
The plan costs $5 a month and renews each month until you cancel it.
The $5 covers your first $5 of storage and delivery each month. Storage costs $0.03 per GB a month; files you keep between projects still use storage. Delivery costs $0.02 per GB sent when someone opens or downloads your review. Use above $5 in a month is billed after that month, at the same rates. Unused allowance does not carry over, and there are no top-ups or credit balances.
The AI quality check is included at no extra charge. It has fair-use limits that protect the service from automated abuse.
Payment
Creem processes payment for Oketto as merchant of record. Creem's Buyer Terms also apply to your payment.
If a monthly charge fails
New uploads stop until a payment goes through. Your client links keep opening. Nothing is deleted for non-payment.
Cancelling
To cancel, open Settings in the app and choose "Cancel the plan" under Plan and usage. Creem handles the cancellation, and the plan stops renewing. For help, write to [email protected].
Refunds
We refund any payment in full if you ask within 30 days of the charge. To ask for a refund, write to [email protected].
AI features
The AI quality check compares each new round with the open notes and gives an answer with a reason. It can be wrong; you decide what to send to your client. You can switch it off in Settings.
If you connect your own AI agent to Oketto with a key, the agent acts on your behalf with the permissions you gave the key. Rounds an agent uploads stay hidden from your client until you release them.
Acceptable use
Use Oketto only for work you have the right to share. Do not use it as a public file host or download site. Do not upload anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or malware. Do not try to access accounts, reviews or files without permission. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules and remove the files involved.
Your files
You keep all rights to the work you upload. You allow us to store it, process it to run the features you use, and deliver it to the people who open your review links.
Files idle for 12 months are archived or deleted after notice.
Liability
Oketto is provided as it is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid Oketto in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page with a new date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
